/    Champion Boot Camp   /

Champions Boot Camp is one of a kind! We create workouts that are not only challenging but fitting for each boot-camper at their fitness level. Our coaches have different styles of training which brings variety throughout the whole week.

You’ll never do the same workout! We split up our days into Upper, Lower, and Full Body workouts while teaching proper recovery, stretching, and mobility. The culture of Champions Boot Camp shatters limitations and maximizes each members’ results with no one left behind!

Boot Camp membership includes unlimited access to Boot Camp classes.

Monday: Booty Boot Camp 8:30 am & 7:00pm
Tuesday: Full Body 7:00pm
Wednesday: Upper Body 8:30am & 7:00pm
Thursday: Lower Body 7:00pm
Friday: Upper Body & Core 7:00pm
Saturday: Full Body 9:00am
