What is Bootcamp?
Certified trainers help you correct your form and while the energy and workouts take you to the next level. Exercises may include bicep curls, sprints, kettlebell relays, squat-thrusts and more!
Do you offer off-site or corporate bootcamps?
We do offer a variety of services including Corporate On-Site Boot Camps specializing in overall wellness, optimal performance, nutrition, and employee productivity. Please inquire for a corporate consultation.
What should I bring with me?
Aside from proper workout apparel, please bring your own water and mats.
When is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp meets weekday evening Monday-Friday at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
